Feedback from the app

Choose Send feedback in GafferGrid. It opens a new email in your own mail app, with technical details (app version, operating system, language and recent error messages) that you can untick. Nothing is sent until you press send, and project names and content are never included. See Privacy.

Requirements

A Mac with macOS 13 Ventura or later, Apple silicon or Intel. No internet needed once it's installed. iPad and iPhone come later.

Purchases

• Restore Pro on a new Mac: open GafferGrid, go to Pro and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.
• Cancel a subscription: App Store › your name › Account settings › Subscriptions. Your projects stay yours, and you can always open and export them.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your projects

Projects are stored on your Mac. To back up or move them, use Save as file in GafferGrid and keep the file somewhere safe, such as iCloud Drive.

The power calculation

GafferGrid is a planning tool. The calculation is a guide, and a qualified electrician or gaffer must approve the distribution on the day.
